Securitize Solana Stocks Bring Apple Nvidia Onchain
Securitize Solana stocks launch puts one-for-one security entitlements for Apple, Nvidia, Tesla and nine other U.S. names on Solana, with USDC settlement and planned paths to NYSE and OKX–ICE venues.

Tokenized equities just got a broker-dealer wrapper on Solana. Securitize said its Securitize Solana stocks products are live as security entitlements backed one-for-one by underlying U.S. shares, initially trading through the firm's registered broker-dealer with settlement in USDC, according to CoinDesk and Crypto Briefing.
What happened
The launch roster covers 12 tickers: AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, MSTR and PLTR, both outlets reported. Each token is structured as a UCC Article 8 security entitlement that can carry dividends and voting rights for eligible share classes, with a path through transfer-agent partners to convert into direct share ownership where available. Trading starts in extended hours, with a plan to move toward 24/7. Jump Trading will market-make through Securitize's Solana PropAMM, and Ripple Prime and Aave are exploring institutional trading, lending and collateral uses, Crypto Briefing said.
Venue plans are part of the pitch. Securitize Solana stocks are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange's forthcoming digital venue and on the OKX–ICE Tokenized Securities Venue once those platforms launch and meet regulatory conditions. Securitize argued the design follows SEC guidance on tokenized securities and can use Tokenized Securities Venues contemplated under the SEC's Innovation Exemption, without relying on one-off trading exemptions for secondary flow through its broker-dealer.
Why it matters
The IMF's same-week warning that tokenized equities remain small, volatile and thinly traded makes the plumbing details of Securitize Solana stocks more important than the ticker list. One-for-one entitlements with conversion rights are a different product from the synthetic xStocks exposures the Fund flagged as dominating today's $2.3 billion sleeve. If NYSE and OKX–ICE connectivity arrives, the same tokens could sit across public-chain and traditional-rail venues, which is the interoperability test the IMF said the market still fails.
That storyline connects to earlier coverage of Bloomberg RWAs and stablecoins and to the agency path after Clarity's stall. It also sits beside Europe's ESMA unauthorized stablecoins cleanup, because USDC settlement only works smoothly where stablecoin access is clear.
Domingo's quote, reported by CoinDesk, framed the goal as bringing equities onchain without abandoning ownership rights and market infrastructure that make U.S. capital markets work. That is a higher bar than synthetic price tokens. RQD's role in clearing, custody and settlement is meant to keep a bridge to traditional rails while Jump seeds onchain liquidity. Solana Foundation institutional lead Nick Ducoff told CoinDesk tokenised equities can widen access "at internet scale," language that only holds if eligibility rules and brokerage onboarding keep pace.
Risks remain ordinary and large: issuer adoption for direct register conversion, venue launch delays, and the same thin-book volatility the IMF just documented. Securitize's own history—roughly $4.5 billion of tokenised assets issued and a public listing in June, per CoinDesk—gives it more balance-sheet credibility than a first-time issuer, but it does not guarantee depth in Apple or Nvidia tokens on day two. Watch volumes, spreads and whether Securitize Solana stocks show up as collateral in the Aave and Ripple Prime experiments the company flagged.
Regulatory choreography is doing as much work as blockchain plumbing. CoinDesk tied the launch to the SEC's innovation exemption and to the ICE–OKX filing for tokenised stock trading under that framework. Crypto Briefing likewise said Securitize expects eligibility on Tokenized Securities Venues contemplated by the exemption. Those dependencies mean Securitize Solana stocks can be live on PropAMM while still waiting on NYSE and OKXICE calendars that slip. Traders should separate "available on Solana today" from "fungible across traditional and crypto venues tomorrow."
If those venue bridges slip, Securitize Solana stocks may remain a broker-dealer island with good tickers and thin shared liquidity—the exact vulnerability the IMF just flagged for the sector.
Eligibility gates will decide the retail versus institutional mix. CoinDesk said permitted investors in the U.S., Europe and other markets can trade during extended hours first. If onboarding is slow, Securitize Solana stocks may look quiet on-chain even when the legal structure is sound—another reason to watch spreads, not only headlines.
What's next
Watch whether extended-hours books thicken under Jump's PropAMM, when 24/7 trading actually switches on, and whether the NYSE digital venue and OKX–ICE platform list the same Securitize Solana stocks entitlements. Jurisdictional eligibility and KYC gates will decide who can hold them. This article is for information only and is not investment advice.
